The Problems

The economic stimulus checks Congress is working on must have a stipulation. They must be spent on “retail purchases to reduce your personal energy consumption”. Why is this so important now?

Buying anything else as long as it Energy Star complaint
Cleaning or replacing your air conditioning or heating system
Adding some solar panels to your house
Getting an oil change with a synthetic oil

Remember the idea is to lower the amount of your income that goes to foreign countries and to allow you to have more to spend every month
